Last updated: 2026-09-13 By creating a wallet or using the FTP Tech Agentic Wallet, the x402 facilitator, or any related relay, API, or command line tool (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Self custody

The Service is non custodial. You generate and hold your own private keys. FTP Tech does not hold, control, or have access to your keys or funds and cannot move, freeze, or recover them on your behalf. You are solely responsible for securing your keys and for any activity performed with them. Loss of a key means permanent loss of access to the associated wallet and funds.

The facilitator is a relay

The facilitator prepares and relays transactions that you sign, and pays the network traffic to submit them. It is a service, not a counterparty to your trades and not a broker, exchange, custodian, or fiduciary. FTP Tech may decline to prepare, relay, or settle any transaction, and may suspend or withdraw the Service, at its discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:
  • create wallets or parties programmatically in bulk, or otherwise generate accounts beyond your genuine use of the Service, including any automated, scripted, or mass creation intended to abuse, overload, or game the Service or the network;
  • attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or other protective controls, including by rotating IP addresses or identities;
  • use the Service to disrupt, degrade, or gain unauthorized access to the facilitator, the network, or other users;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, or market manipulation;
  • misrepresent your identity or the origin of a transaction.

Rate limits and fair use

The Service applies rate limits, quotas, and other protective controls to keep it available for everyone. These controls may change at any time without notice. Access is provided on a fair use basis and may be throttled or refused.

Enforcement

FTP Tech may, at its discretion and without prior notice, throttle, suspend, or refuse Service to any wallet, party, key, or IP address that it reasonably believes violates these Terms or threatens the availability, integrity, or security of the Service or the network. Repeated violations may result in temporary suspension of Service access for increasing periods. Because the Service is non custodial, enforcement is limited to the Service layer: FTP Tech may decline to relay or serve a party, but does not and cannot control your keys or funds.

Availability and trading

The Service is provided on an as available basis. Trading, swap, and settlement functionality depends on third party venues, registries, and network conditions, and may be limited, delayed, or unavailable. FTP Tech does not guarantee execution, price, liquidity, or uptime.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FTP Tech is not liable for any loss of funds, data, profits, or opportunity arising from your use of the Service, including losses resulting from your handling of keys, network conditions, third party venues, or your own transactions.

Changes

FTP Tech may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
